Cuatro Milpas Restaurant was born from a simple desire: to bring the flavors of our grandmother's kitchen to the San Fernando Valley. We believe that food tastes better when it's shared with the people you love.
Our name honors the four corn fields that have fed our family for generations. Today, we use that same dedication to craft every tamal, simmer every sauce, and welcome every guest as if they were part of our own family.
